These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Zunqavio digital platform, website and associated services operated by Zunqavio d.o.o., Ilica 35, 10000 Zagreb, Croatia ("Zunqavio", "we" or "us"). By accessing or using the platform, you agree to these terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By submitting an access request or using the Zunqavio platform in any way, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
2. Platform Access
Access to the Zunqavio platform is granted following a review of your access request by the support team. Access is personal and non-transferable. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your platform credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
3. Permitted Use
You may use the Zunqavio platform solely for its intended purpose as described on this website: data analysis, workflow automation, structured insight review and related digital information tools. You agree not to:
- Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable law
- Attempt to reverse engineer, copy or extract proprietary platform components
- Share, sell or transfer your platform access to third parties
- Introduce malicious code or attempt to disrupt platform services
- Use the platform in any way that could damage the reputation of Zunqavio
4. Platform Availability
Zunqavio makes reasonable efforts to maintain platform availability but does not ensure uninterrupted access. The platform may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any loss resulting from platform unavailability.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, design, software and materials on the Zunqavio platform and website are the property of Zunqavio d.o.o. or its licensors. Nothing in these terms grants you any intellectual property rights beyond the limited right to use the platform as described herein.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Zunqavio platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability or completeness of any information provided by the platform. Use of the platform and reliance on its outputs is entirely at your own discretion.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Zunqavio d.o.o. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
8. Termination of Access
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your platform access at any time if you breach these terms or if we determine, in our sole discretion, that continued access is not appropriate. You may also request termination of your access by contacting the support team.
9. Governing Law
These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Croatia. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Zagreb, Croatia.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. The revised version will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
